How to Enjoy A Good Morning !

GOOD MORNING 

The sun is shining on this wonderful Sunday Easter morning, the coffee is brewing. As I turn over full of excitement to tell my beautiful girl "Good Morning"
There is nothing like waking up getting your day started with a boost. Studies prove a small early morning workout somehow boost your energy levels for the day & also helps you become more productive &  makes your day go smooth. Compared to if you didn't put in a small workout.
It all makes sense now.

A good breakfast is also an important ingredient to a great day. I remember going away to camp when I  was younger. After served breakfast every morning, we completed a different workout.  My favorite was walking up the camping trial. The birds were up feeding their babies as the sun continue to rise. I was always active as a kid, from playing baseball to swimming with the High School swimming team. 

I believe  the workout that came from  the sports activities improved the bad case of asthma I dealt with for a while in my younger years.

Everyday is blessing full of opportunities waiting for us to grab at. You see for me, being productive early creates a routine for not only your day but your body as well . A healthy approach at getting things in order. 
When I do get a chance to work out, my sleep is way better than normal.

So I know it's hard but let's try to eat right & stay active every one
