How to Enjoy A Good Morning !

GOOD MORNING 

The sun is shining on this wonderful Sunday Easter morning, the coffee is brewing. As I turn over full of excitement to tell my beautiful girl "Good Morning". 
There is nothing like waking up getting your day started with a boost. Studies prove a small early morning workout somehow boost your energy levels for the day & also helps you become more productive &  makes your day go smooth. Compared to if you didn't put in a small workout.
It all makes sense now.

A good breakfast is also an important ingredient to a great day. I remember going away to camp when I  was younger. After served breakfast every morning, we completed a different workout.  My favorite was walking up the camping trial. The birds were up feeding their babies as the sun continue to rise. I was always active as a kid, from playing baseball to swimming with the High School swimming team. 

I believe  the workout that came from  the sports activities improved the bad case of asthma I dealt with for a while in my younger years.

Everyday is blessing full of opportunities waiting for us to grab at. You see for me, being productive early creates a routine for not only your day but your body as well . A healthy approach at getting things in order. 
When I do get a chance to work out, my sleep is way better than normal.

So I know it's hard but let's try to eat right & stay active every one

The Allstar weekend is over,  trades have been made & its back to business. Here are the top ten NBA plays for the beginning of March & I think the energy of the players is getting intense. 
Yes I'm from Chicago I''m looking forward to a healthy Chicago Bulls top five starters.

With the retirement of Kobe Bryant this year players understand in order to  be Champions, it takes  not only leader's but a special  level of chemistry. Their's a new generation of players stepping up & its not going to be easy as we approach the NBA playoffs.

Batman vs Superman: Dawn of Justice

Wait is this real ? I knew they fought in the comic books but never imaged it would come to the Hollywood films. I’m always excited to see more Batman movies. Batman is my favorite super hero why, because he has no superpowers but can compete with the best.

 Using his smarts & high powered futuristic gadgets Bruce Wayne “Batman” the vigilante will no doubt stands his ground.  

Not only  will Superman be going against Batman, but Wonder Women will also be featured  in the movie. 

Yes it takes a great women to bring two powerful man to their senses.  

Seem’s like I’ve been waiting on this movie for twenty years already. If you follow me you know how much I like Marvel & DC Comic’s, especially the movies. 

Now that comic’s have made it to the major film’s. With the amazing effects & graphic's producer's can provide real life scenarios to the cartoons we’ve all watched as kids for years. 

Gal Gadot  will be acting as Wonder Women. I’m not to familiar with her acting career, but from my research she is known for her role as Gisele in The Fast and the Furious film series.

Now let's talk about the casting of Batman. I think the choice’s over all were a good. Let’s be honest Ben Affleck is a very good actor. If George Clooney can play the role why not Ben Affleck. 

I hate to go back in time but I didn’t like the Batman that featured Mr. Clooney, which also had Arnold Schwarzenegger as 

Mr. Freeze. The very first debut of Batman which was released in 1989, featuring Michael Keaton was a classic & sometimes its just too hard to come behind a classic because expectations from true fans are high. 

Its cool they chose  Henry Cavill from the  previous Superman movie. I think he did a great job & can see him as Clark Kent 

 & would like to see Henry continue more  in the future as Superman . 

Super Girl  should also make it to major films. Maybe create more of a bond between the two Super family members. 

From the teasing scene’s of Batman Vs Superman movie trailers, Jesse Eisenberg will be playing the role of the infamous 

Lex Luther, Clark Kent's child hood friend which always had a bitter sweet type relationship with Superman. Trying his best to break the hero & make a bad name out of all the good Superman does, but Lex has his job cut out for him. 

From how the meet up in the middle of the party Lex seem's as if he is meeting them both for the first time. In the comic's if I'm correct Clark Kent & Lex grew up in the same area. So with that bit of difference it could shake up the storyline, but thats cool too. From what I see the concept of the two hero's fighting each other is combine with key characters which we should keep an eye out for. Its like the next level of introducing the untold stories within the movie's. 

For example The Deadpool Movie.

This collaborations between the two great super hero’s will set the bar for Hollywood & DC Comics / Films. 

I anticipate the sale’s to be great & can’t wait to go see the film .

"Puppy Love Is My Resume"

Relationships are nothing but extended interviews for the position called love. A position that will be frequently refilled with different candidate's. The 1st project in training is called "Puppy Love".
Puppy love hurts but will build character. Teamwork & communication are the two most import skills needed. Background checks are not needed cause you haven't even been to prom yet. Prepare yourself for an unexpected event called the breakup.

Lets not give up on the idea of love. This idea completes's the human crave we all wish were easy.My mom always use to say "anything worth having is worth working for". The truth is the percentage of people will not make it & puppy love will take its course . How many of us know high school sweet hearts who are blessed to be married. To be honest, yes I know one couple I can think of.
When I first begin to think of the title "Puppy Love", I thought man it would be cool to know someone who I could depend on. When I was in my last relationship it somehow very time consuming. Some days I just wanted to be do music. I really did want my relationship to work.
What I didn't realize was my music was like another women I was dating & cheating with.

A broken heart is something we all must experience before we get hired and actually gain experience in the field of love. The position requires a lot of patience most of us lack. Is it this fast pace society we live in today. Just think about it, we text more than we hold conversations on the phone. Everyone is in a rush & at the same time rushing the next person. Can we blame social media & reality television ? Maybe its a combination of these elements humans replace & prefer over traditional ways.

After my heart was broken the 1st time I begin to look a relationships in this crazy way. I guess I just want to be a intern. I can get to know her but at the same time establish a understanding that we are not serious. The concept of taking things slow don't resonate. Is it my resume,  was it not clear.

My Objective says

To obtain a relationship by seeking friendship, allowing time to build with patience & understanding.

As of today I don't believe in  soulmate's. Hopefully one day my perception will change.
I promote love & wish the best for all during their extended interview's,  hoping you receive the position but remember the turnover rate predicts that a good percentage of first relationship's start off sweet & end up sour from the inside out better known as "Puppy Love".

"The Kid Inside" Suicide Squad - Official Trailer 1 [HD]

Now I've been a fan of the Joker since forever. With that said, I never thought in a million years I would see the Suicide Squad come to Hollywood films. This is the best day of my life. Just watching trailers bring my childhood back within minutes. I really enjoyed the last Batman film The Dark Knight Rise's . Even though the story line really did not leave to many clues to what would be next, but this introduction of the Suicide Squad will shine a bit of light on the under ground side & perspective of DC Comics.

 

When I was growing up there were some amazing editions of Batman cartoon's  showing on television. I would run home after school just to arrive on time to see cartoon's show each evening.
My mother's voice would be in my head as I reached for the television button "Do your home work first before you watch any thing on T.V." Yes I admit I didn't listen, but 'we made  sure our homework was finished before she came home from work.

Now that I'm a grown, I still get that kid feeling of excitement when I see movie's like Suicide Squad in the making. I must say no matter how mature you may feel, "the kid inside" of us all  peeks out and plays hide & seek as we run around & live our busy adult routine's .Some of us may like to plant flowers in the garden, get in our expensive fast cars and take it for flight often or even collect action figure's. Yes you, I'm talking to you.

I personally like to collect action figures myself. I can't lie I'm a kid at heart. If I didn't embrace this side of me, my thirst for knowledge would be limited. As adults we sometimes get use to the schedule life style of going to work coming home searching for our beds or sofa's to relax.

Why not enjoy the things that free our self's from the way normal life has us.
This is one reason's I created this blog & thought I would express my appreciation for the Suicide Squad film.

Suicide Squad will be a great movie, how I know is because it has Will Smith in it. Just think about it, Will is one of the greatest when it come to entertainment. I know anything that involves Will Smith , will be great as well. I love Harley Quinn who is being played by the beautiful Margot Robbie .  I feel the Joker's story needs to be told & what a better way to do so than by  introducing & presenting the Suicide Squad to Hollywood.

Suicide Squad will be in theaters August 5th 2016

Ok today is Tuesday & I can't help to but keep to it 100.

Last week we were searching for a Chicago artist to feature in our "KEEP IT 100" campaign. This week a music video caught our attention called Cross Fire created by a local Chicago artist by the name of Spex V.O.G. 

This video is the 100 . Not only does it breakdown the truth of whats going on in Chicago with all the violence that is flowing through the urban streets, but the lyrics in the song are so powerful it may hit a nerve .The song is called cross fire. Cross fire is a term people use when guns shots occur  & how the unfortunate can get shot and not the target.

The topic of gun violence in America is at a all time high due to the gun laws, direct access people have to guns & because of things like the news, social media, smart phones etc which provides a fast way of sharing information & videos . The big question is, what do we do about it & how do we stop it .

To many times I see young children being murdered going or coming from school. Innocent mothers, fathers & even teachers being killed & most of the situations go without any notoriety or sense of care. Maybe because the violence happens so rapidly we as people here in Chicago & around the country  became "numb to the pain".  

If so, that is a sad case of excuse's. Thats why I commend artist like Spex, who brings the truth not only through his words, but through a collage of video's & images in this video "Cross Fire".
It brings the pain of many family's who lost one due to gun violence to a forefront which you cant change the channel once you hit play. Cross Fire  should remind us of the state we are living &  heading in as a community and race of people.

 Is this what we want for our generations to come ?

Spex grew up in Cabrini Green Projects & is cultivated on how the violence here in Chicago has been and transformed into what it is today. The Life of A Creator " I Had A Dream " Happy Birthday MLK

Living in Chicago, my surroundings always consisted of hearing gun shots. 
It always seemed that the news had a duty to report the bad and dangerous stuff that happened daily. My mom had five children and me being the fourth child. I had to have a imagination when it came to entertainment. 

Thank God for the Nintendo NES , because my child hood was not regular. Some times you just wanted to play outside with out worrying about your safety. Don't get me wrong I wouldn't change my childhood for anything in the world. 
I  found my self creating things at a early age. I would draw birds for  girls in class just to see their reaction. I would use old frozen popsicle sticks & build war house's & then take the bread twist & create little fighting soldier man out of them. 
Creating became a part of me more and more as I got older. 

What inspired me to write this post was this amazing design I came across on Google. When I first seen the design, I said to myself " how did Dr. Martin Luther King come up with these strategies in order to tackle the challenges insuring that the Civil Rights Movement  completed its main purpose & agenda." 

I came to a conclusion that Dr. King and others were not only leaders they also creator's as well.

Today is the birthday of Dr. Martin Luther King. I am so grateful for the contributions he has created for the hope of change in America. One thing I learned from the movement Dr. Martin Luther King lead throughout the country is, people who was are part of the movement had to create things like the 
Bus Boycotts Timeline 

The Sit In Movement  in 1960. When things continued to be bad in the south, MLK & many others put their minds together to create demand & action to make other's understand how important equality & freedom is for not just African American's but for all. 

They're are many other's who i'm so thankful & bless to have help make a difference in this challenge to become a better country and human race. I'm excited to take on these challenges as I continue to grow & help people & other artist become great leader's. I never thought I would be making money off my talent. Social media became a great outlet  & opportunity to create for other's all over the world. Last year in 2015, I realized how important social media is when it comes to the service's I can provide to people I never met face to face. 

I think we are all leader's. You just have to search within your inner self and figure out what your purpose's in life, & for me, that is to create.
